Website maintenance: Chapter Vice-President Danny Blitch called for feedback, suggestions and volunteers to support the updating and maintenance of the MAAGP website. His workload and the needs of the website have both increased over the last several months. Specifically, he was requesting a member or perhaps an intern to serve as back-up for website administrator. Georgia Public Broadcasting continues to host the site for free, but making any changes to the layout and design can be challenging. Also he discussed the possibility of members logging into the website and making their own changes and updates. Suggestions included posting minutes on the website, and adding the new logo. Eden Freeman said she would contact MAAGP member Jessica Pater to investigate the possibility of an intern from Georgia Tech. V. Chapter of Free Membership—In reviewing the minutes from the April Annual Meeting, Eden said the matter had been resolved. To recap, members voted to have a mini-rfp process to determine the recipient of a free year’s membership. Kimberly Hays de Muga and Cathy Brown will work together to create an entry form. VI.
